Thank you for shopping with Baileys Candle Co LLP. Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not provide refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at baileykcandleco@gmail.com  with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly if issues arise.
